Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Collection Repo Associate to manage payment collections and vehicle recovery for electric two-wheelers on rental.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up with customers for overdue rental payments.
- Coordinate and execute vehicle repossession as per company policies.
- Maintain collection records and provide regular updates.
- Handle customer queries and resolve payment-related issues.
- Achieve collection targets while ensuring professional customer interactions.

Requirements:

- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for collections and vehicle recovery.
- Two-wheeler riding skills and a valid driving licence preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 4 years of experience can apply.
