We provide equipment and solutions for vertical logistics, material handling, and rebar processing in the Indian construction and infrastructure industry.

## Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Engineer to develop current business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, promote construction equipment, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills, along with an interest in technical sales.

## Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads and identify potential customers.

- Promote and sell construction equipment, vertical transportation systems, and rebar processing machinery.

- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, infrastructure companies, consultants, and project managers.

- Conduct client visits, product presentations, and equipment demonstrations.





- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable equipment solutions.

- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and sales documentation.

- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and purchase orders.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Coordinate with technical, service, rental, and management teams.

- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

- Maintain customer databases and submit regular sales reports.

## Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience for experienced candidates.

- Freshers may apply for the Mumbai location.

- Experience in construction equipment, industrial machinery, infrastructure, or technical sales will be an advantage.

- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.
