We are an electronic manufacturing unit. Looking for engineers to work in the stores purchase department for procurement and inventory management

- Knowledge of electronic components
- Excellent negotiation and communication skill
- Book keeping/Documentation skills
- Strong operations experience in receiving & managing stock and inventory
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
- This is a responsible position, and the person should be active and alert and must have and develop skills for multitasking.
- Present weekly and monthly purchase reports to the management.
- To coordinate between the Production Department, Stores Department, D&D; Department and the Suppliers. To make regular /daily follow up with the suppliers for the pending material and purchase invoices. To ensure proper outward movement of material from stores.
- To review the indents from Stores and Production on a regular/Daily basis. To find recent suppliers to buy in optimum rates and Quality components.
- Review the physical stock of all items in stores.
- Maintain the list of approved suppliers, service providers & outsourcers.
