Job Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers through field visits, cold calling, and market research.
- Visit industrial clients, factories, contractors, dealers, builders, and electrical consultants to generate business.
- Promote and sell electrical products such as wires and cables, switchgear, transformers, VCBs, RMUs, lighting products, and other electrical equipment.
- Generate leads, identify business opportunities, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and negotiate prices to close sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with the purchase, operations, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain daily field visit reports, enquiry details, customer follow-ups, and sales updates.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Eligibility Criteria





- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a technical or electrical background will be preferred.
- Experience in field sales, industrial sales, electrical sales, or B2B sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with valuable communication and convincing skills may also apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
