1. Voice Process – Hindi & English

*Job Responsibilities*

* Resolve customer queries through inbound calls and emails.

* Provide effective customer support and maintain service quality.

*Eligibility*

* Qualification: Graduates and Undergraduates

* Experience: Freshers to 2 years

* Languages: Hindi and English

* Positive communication skills and basic knowledge of customer support.

*Salary*

* *Freshers:* ₹18,800 take-home per month

* *Experienced:* ₹3,28,462 CTC per annum (as specified for eligible experience)

2. Chat & Email Support

*Job Responsibilities*





* Resolve customer queries through chat and email.

* Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.

*Eligibility*

* Qualification: Graduates and Undergraduates

* Experience: Minimum 12 months in Chat/Email Support

* Language: Excellent English communication skills

* Basic knowledge of customer support processes.

*Salary – CTC Per Annum*

* *12+ Months Experience:* ₹3,28,462

* *24+ Months Experience:* ₹3,67,878
