Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an export sales strategy to achieve revenue and volume targets

• Identify and onboard new international buyers, distributors, and agents

• Generate leads through B2B portals, trade fairs, LinkedIn, and direct outreach

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mineral grades and specifications

• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close orders on profitable terms

• Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery

• Handle export documentation: Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, and LC/payment terms

• Maintain robust relationships with existing overseas clients to drive repeat business

• Track market trends, competitor pricing, and new opportunities

• Share regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback with management

• Represent the company at international exhibitions and customer meetings
