Job DescriptionHighSpark Silver is looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage our online marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, product listings, catalogue management, promotions, and order performance.

- Roles and ResponsibilitiesCreate, update, and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
- Maintain accurate product details, titles, images, prices, and product variations.
- Monitor marketplace account health, order cancellations, returns, and dispatch performance.
- Manage sales promotions, discount offers, and marketplace sale events.




- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order dispatch and stock availability.
- Handle marketplace claims related to lost, damaged, or missing products.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales and marketplace performance reports.
- Use Excel to maintain product data, upload sheets, and reports.
- Requirements1–3 years of hands-on experience with at least one marketplace seller panel: Amazon, Flipkart, or Myntra.
- Good knowledge of marketplace listing and catalogue management.
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to coordinate with warehouse and operations teams.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
