About the Roles

ADRPLEXUS is looking for creative professionals to develop compelling content and produce high-quality videos for digital advertising, social media, educational programmes, and brand campaigns.

Candidates should have strong content development skills and practical experience creating videos that capture attention, communicate clearly, and generate enquiries.

Role-Specific Responsibilities

Studio Manager

- Manage studio operations, shoot schedules, equipment, lighting, sound, and production workflows.
- Coordinate with faculty, presenters, marketing teams, content developers, and editors.
- Oversee recording quality, editing standards, and timely delivery.
- Maintain organised footage archives, project files, backups, and equipment records.
- Review final videos for audio quality, visual consistency, branding, and accuracy.

Content Developer

- Develop original campaign concepts, video scripts, storyboards, captions, and advertising copy.
- Write strong opening hooks, clear messages, and persuasive calls to action.
- Adapt content for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, digital ads, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with subject experts to communicate educational concepts accurately.
- Translate marketing briefs into content that supports awareness, enquiries, and admissions.
- Review audience feedback and campaign results to improve future content.

Video Editor

- Professionally edit digital advertisements, reels, promotional videos,



faculty interviews, testimonials, and educational content using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Create engaging edits through effective pacing, storytelling, music, subtitles, and graphics.
- Perform colour correction, audio cleanup, sound mixing, and visual enhancement.
- Produce multiple versions with different hooks, durations, formats, and calls to action for campaign testing.
- Export videos to the required specifications for each platform.
- Maintain organised, editable project files and deliver work within deadlines.

Essential Skills & Experience

- 3–5 years of relevant skilled experience.
- Strong understanding of content development, visual storytelling, and digital advertising.
- Professional proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for Video Editor applicants.
- Studio Manager applicants must understand Premiere Pro workflows and be able to assess editing quality.
- Content Developer applicants must be able to write scripts and give clear creative direction to editors.
- Experience producing content for business social media accounts and marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of mobile-first video formats, subtitles, brand consistency, and audience engagement.
- Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and deadline management.

Preferred Skills

- Working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, and Adobe Audition.
- Experience with cameras, lighting, microphones, and studio recording.
- Familiarity with AI tools for ideation, transcription, captions, and production efficiency.
- Ability to develop content in English and Tamil.
- Experience in education, healthcare, or test preparation.
