Experience:

- Minimum 1 years of B2B Sales Telesales experience required.
- Solar industry experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in B2B client handling, lead conversion, sales follow-ups, and vendor management.
- Must be comfortable working on CRM and maintaining accurate sales records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and convert B2B leads through outbound calls.
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable solar solutions.
- Manage and coordinate with vendors for smooth business operations.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline through CRM.
- Handle client queries, negotiations, and sales closures.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong client relationships.
