Operate CNC Turning machines to manufacture precision components as per engineering drawings.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
Perform machine setting, tool setting, and offset adjustments.
Select and change cutting tools as required.
Monitor machine operations and ensure product quality.
Use measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.
Inspect finished components and maintain dimensional accuracy.
Identify machining defects and troubleshoot basic machine issues.
Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Knowledge of CNC Turning machine operations.
Understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T; basics.
Knowledge of cutting tools, tool offsets, and machining parameters.
Experience with quality inspection instruments.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
