We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT & Network Executive to manage the company's IT infrastructure, network connectivity, hardware, software, and technical support across office and operational locations. The candidate will ensure smooth IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain network security.

- Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, routers, switches, and other IT equipment.
- Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Maintain CCTV systems, POS machines, billing systems, and other operational IT equipment.
- Monitor network performance and ensure minimal downtime.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, antivirus, and basic cybersecurity measures.
- Maintain IT inventory, software licenses, backups, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with internet service providers and external IT vendors for maintenance and repairs.
- Support current store openings by setting up IT infrastructure, networking, and required systems.
- Conduct regular system checks and ensure data security and business continuity.
