Job Title: Showroom Manager & Operations Head (2 Outlets)

Location: Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh

Salary: ₹25,000 / month + Performance Incentives

Minimum Education: Graduate or 12th Pass (with solid experience)

Experience Required: 2 to 5 years in Retail Apparel / Textile Store Management

About the Role:

We are looking for an expert, highly disciplined, and multi-talented Showroom Manager to handle the end-to-end operations of our two Ramraj Cotton franchise stores in Tirupati. This is a high-responsibility role. You will not just sit in an office, you will be a hands-on leader who can handle Sales, Billing, and Team Management simultaneously across both locations.

Key Responsibilities (What you will do):

• End-to-End Store Management: Oversee daily opening/closing, cleanliness, cash counter management, and strict CCTV security protocols for both stores.

• Expert Sales & Customer Service: Lead from the front on the showroom floor. Train staff to maintain the premium hospitality and traditional customer service that the Ramraj brand is known for.

• Billing & System Operations: Master the retail billing software, manage daily cash tallies,



and ensure 100% accurate billing transactions without errors.

• Staff Leadership & Discipline: Manage, schedule, and supervise the sales staff across both stores. Ensure all employees are strictly disciplined, punctual, and well-groomed.

• Stock & Inventory Control: Track inventory levels, prevent stock leakage/theft, and manage stock distribution between the two outlets.

Requirements (What we are looking for):

• Strict Discipline: Must be highly punctual, honest, and dedicated to the workspace.

• Multi-Tasking Expert: Proven ability to manage sales, customer complaints, and billing queues under pressure.

• Language: Must speak excellent, polite Telugu (knowing Hindi and English is a major bonus for handling pilgrims/tourists in Tirupati).

• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computer billing software, POS card machines, and smartphone reporting apps.
