We are looking for a hands-on and responsible Café Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the café and ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen, bar, service, and retail teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily café operations and overall staff coordination
- Supervise kitchen, bar, service, and retail teams
- Prepare and manage staff rosters, attendance, leaves, and punctuality
- Maintain staff discipline, grooming, and professional conduct
- Ensure smooth opening and closing of the café
- Monitor customer service and handle complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards
- Track inventory, stock levels, wastage, and ordering requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors
- Monitor daily sales, POS reports, cash handling, and basic operational reports
- Oversee Zomato and Swiggy operations and resolve issues
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff performance
- Ensure SOPs are followed across all departments




- Resolve day-to-day staff and operational issues
- Provide regular updates and reports to ownership
- Identify problems and implement practical improvements to improve efficiency and sales

Requirements:

- 3–6 years of experience in café, restaurant, hospitality, or F&B; operations
- Previous experience as Café Manager, Outlet Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Assistant Restaurant Manager preferred
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Ability to manage staff independently and resolve conflicts
- Valuable understanding of inventory, wastage, cost control, and daily operations
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic Excel/Google Sheets
- PetPooja experience is an advantage
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Responsible, organised, proactive, and hands-on
- Available to work weekends and public holidays
