About the Role

The Male Warden role exists to ensure a safe, disciplined, and supportive residential environment for students living in the hostel. This position carries direct responsibility for student supervision, hostel operations, and enforcement of institutional policies. The role requires on-ground presence, strong judgment,



and the ability to handle day-to-day operations as well as emergency situations. The Male Warden plays a critical role in student welfare, safety, and the smooth functioning of the hostel ecosystem.

- What You Will Do / ResponsibilitiesOversee daily hostel operations, including student attendance, entry–exit monitoring, and roll calls
- Ensure strict adherence to hostel rules, discipline standards, and institutional policies
- Act as the primary point of contact for students regarding accommodation, discipline, safety, and welfare concerns
- Coordinate with security, housekeeping, maintenance, and mess teams to ensure hygiene, safety, and service quality
- Handle emergencies, medical situations, incident reporting, and night-time escalations responsibly
- Maintain accurate records such as attendance logs, incident reports, inventories, and daily operational registers
- Conduct regular rounds (including night rounds) to ensure safety and compliance
- Communicate effectively with parents, senior wardens, and administrative teams when required
- Support audits, inspections, and institutional reviews related to hostel operations.
