Job Title: Team Leader – Sales / Retention / Collections

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

CTC: Up to ₹9.2 LPA (Including Variable Pay)

Shift Timing: Rotational 9-hour shift between 5:00 PM to 10AM

Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with a strong background in Sales, Retention, or Collections to lead a team, drive business performance, and ensure achievement of assigned targets. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, robust leadership capabilities, and proven team management experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and manage team members to achieve business targets and KPIs.
- Monitor daily performance, productivity, quality, and target achievement.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance improvement support.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure effective issue resolution.
- Track team performance and prepare daily or periodic performance reports.
- Ensure process compliance, service quality,



and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of Team Leading experience.
- Relevant experience in Sales, Retention, or Collections is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency, clarity, confidence, and professional articulation.
- Strong leadership, people management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage team performance and achieve business targets.
- Telecom industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners only.

Candidates with proven team-handling experience, strong communication abilities, and a track record of achieving business targets are preferred.
