We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support our marketing activities, generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential client leads through digital platforms, social media, networking, referrals, and offline marketing activities.

2. Client Follow-Up: Contact prospective clients, follow up on inquiries, maintain relationships, and convert leads into business opportunities.

3. Client Coordination: Understand client requirements and coordinate meetings or consultations with the interior design team.

4. Digital Marketing: Support social media marketing, online promotions, and digital brand-building activities.

5. Content Creation: Assist in preparing marketing content, promotional materials, and social media posts showcasing the company’s interior design projects.

6. Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to improve brand visibility and attract new customers.

7. Market Research: Research competitors, customer preferences,



and market trends to identify new business opportunities.

8. Performance Tracking: Maintain lead databases, prepare marketing reports, monitor conversion rates, and suggest improvements.

9. Business Development: Support the team in achieving lead-generation targets, client acquisition goals, and overall business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing or a related field preferred.

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, lead generation, or business development.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

• Strong client-handling, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

• Good organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

• Experience in interior design, real estate, or home decor will be an added advantage.
