We are looking for a passionate and energetic School Facilitator with strong English communication skills and a positive attitude to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you’ll bring Activity-Based Learning (ABL) to life — creating fun, hands-on classroom experiences that spark students creativity, fuel their curiosity and strengthen their critical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up learning corners, materials, and resources for interactive classroom activities.
- Encourage student participation, exploration, and collaboration through ABL techniques.
- Observe and record student engagement, progress, and classroom behavior.
- Support teachers in managing classrooms and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and school events to enhance teaching quality.

Who We’re Looking For:

- Graduate in any stream (Education background preferred).
- Robust English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers or candidates with prior experience in teaching or facilitation are welcome to apply.
