Compensation Structure: 2% Commission Model
- No fixed salary - Pure performance
- 2% of total deal value - Every invoice client pays
- Example: Rs 1,00,000 hospital plan = Rs 2,000 for you per closure
- Rs 2,50,000 annual plan = Rs 5,000 for you per closure
- Uncapped. 30 closures/month = 60k+
- Payout: Every Friday for that week's closed payments
- Bonus: Extra 0.5% for 25+ closures in a month (Total 2.5%)
