- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through cold calling, referrals, and online platforms.
- Connect with potential buyers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
- Arrange and coordinate property site visits.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Handle customer queries and assist with property bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.




- Requirements Good communication and convincing skills.
- Freshers are welcome prior sales experience is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work towards sales targets.
- Professional formal wear is mandatory. Candidates are expected to maintain a neat, well-groomed, and professional appearance while representing the company and interacting with clients.

- Salary & IncentivesFixed Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: ₹5,000–₹15,000 per month
