- Explain product features, quality, designs, pricing, and other relevant details to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and enquiries to convert them into successful sales.

- Support promotional campaigns and marketing activities to increase product visibility and sales.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, sales enquiries, follow-ups, and orders.
