*About the Prospect*

YES BANK is inviting applications from fresher graduates for the position of Apprentice Trainee – Backend Operations. This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to begin their careers in the banking sector and gain practical experience in banking operations.

Selected candidates will receive structured training and hands-on exposure to backend banking processes in a professional work environment.

*Job Responsibilities*

* Handle backend banking operations and documentation.

* Perform data entry, data verification, and record maintenance.

* Process and update customer and banking-related information.

* Ensure accuracy and completeness of operational records.

* Follow the bank's internal processes, policies, and quality standards.





* Support the operations team in day-to-day administrative and backend activities.

*Stipend Details*

The monthly stipend is ₹20,000, comprising:

₹14,000 – YES BANK contribution

₹6,000 – Government of India contribution, subject to applicable NATS rules and eligibility

*Benefits After Completion*

Government-recognized apprenticeship completion certificate, subject to applicable NATS requirements.

Practical experience in banking operations.

Opportunity to be considered for a full-time position with YES BANK, subject to performance, eligibility, and available vacancies. Full time employment is not guaranteed.

*Working Hours*

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sundays and the 2nd and 4th Saturdays

Working Days: Other weekdays and Saturdays, as per the bank's schedule
