Job RoleWe are hiring a Team Leader for the SME Banking vertical. The main responsibility is to open salary accounts for employees of SME companies and onboard new employees/customers through the team.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and lead a team of 10–15 field executives.
- Visit SME companies and coordinate with HR / company management for salary account opening.
- Ensure new employees are onboarded and their salary accounts are opened successfully.
- Allocate daily targets to team members and monitor their performance.
- Achieve team targets and ensure timely completion of account opening and onboarding.
- Check daily reports and share updates with the reporting manager.




- Guide and support team members in meeting their targets.
- Cover the assigned market from Kalyan to Thane.
- Target RequirementsTeam targets will be assigned as per business requirements: 50 / 100 / 300.
- The Team Leader must drive team performance and ensure target achievement.
- Eligibility CriteriaExperience in banking, SME, salary accounts, CASA or field sales.
- Previous experience handling a team of 10–15 members preferred.
- Positive communication and team management skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and manage field operations.
- Must be comfortable with field visits across Kalyan to Thane.

Salary₹30,000 In-Hand per Month
