We are is looking for an experienced and customer-focused F&B; Captain to manage daily food and beverage service, ensure excellent guest experience, and coordinate with the service team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise waiters and service staff during operations.
- Ensure timely and quality food and beverage service.
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team for smooth service.
- Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Support staff training and allocate duties during shifts.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and food service standards are followed.
- Assist with inventory monitoring and stock requirements.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an F&B; Captain, Senior Waiter, or in a similar role.
- Positive communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lead and coordinate a team.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
