Designation: CCTV Camera Pre & Post Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic CCTV Pre & Post Sales Executive responsible for generating

leads, explaining CCTV solutions, closing sales, coordinating installations, and ensuring post-

sales customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through calls, site visits, references, and walk-in

customers

• Understand customer security requirements and suggest suitable CCTV solutions

• Explain product features, pricing, warranty, and AMC clearly to customers

• Prepare quotations, follow up on approvals, and close sales

• Coordinate with technical team for site surveys and solution design

Post-Sales Responsibilities

• Coordinate CCTV installation schedules with customers and technicians

• Ensure timely installation, testing, and handover of CCTV systems

• Collect customer feedback after installation

• Handle basic post-installation queries and complaints

• Promote AMC renewals, upgrades, and additional camera sales

• Maintain proper documentation (installation reports, invoices, payment follow-ups)

There will be Target and Incentive based on closure.
