? Job DescriptionWe are hiring motivated and customer-focused Sales Executives for the Pine Labs Swipe Machine process. The ideal candidates must have prior telesales experience in a BPO environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
- ? Roles & ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and explain Pine Labs swipe machine solutions.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and convert leads into sales.
- Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
- Maintain effective customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- ✅ Mandatory Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Graduation is mandatory.
- Experience:
Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in a BPO environment.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills; candidates must meet V-4 communication standards.
- Documentation: Valid documentary proof of previous work experience is mandatory.
- Sales Skills: Robust convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
