Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our EdTech company as Marketing Executives. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, college outreach, client communication, and promoting educational courses and programs.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Contact colleges, placement officers, and educational institutions to introduce company programs.
- Reach out to students and college representatives to promote courses and webinars.
- Identify potential clients and build professional relationships.
- Follow up with interested students, colleges, and leads.
- Support marketing campaigns and business development activities.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Maintain lead details and follow-up records using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Prepare daily activity reports and update lead status regularly.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in making calls and interacting with new people.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Interest in marketing, sales, and lead generation.
- Willingness to learn and work towards targets.
- Positive attitude and valuable interpersonal skills.
