Job Description:

REGRIP is looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with prior experience in a funded startup environment to lead the finance function.

The candidate must have hands-on exposure to investor relations, MIS reporting, financial budgeting, and accounts management in a growth-stage company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage Investor Relations & Fundraising Support

* Prepare and present Monthly MIS, Financial Dashboards & Board Reports

* Lead Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

* Oversee Accounting, GST, Taxation & Statutory Compliance

* Ensure strong Cash Flow Management & Financial Controls

* Support Due Diligence & Data Room Management during funding rounds

* Work closely with the CEO on strategic financial planning





* Drive financial discipline across departments

Candidate Profile:

* Qualified CA (Mandatory)

* 3–10 years of relevant experience

* Prior experience in a funded startup (Series A / Growth Stage preferred)

* Solid exposure to investor reporting & fundraising processes

* Excellent analytical and communication skills
