We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented senior sales manager to spearhead sales for our residential plotted project on the Chandigarh-Ludhiana highway.

The ideal candidate should possess an extensive channel partner network, especially in Kharar and morinda , and have a proven track record in driving sales for a premium residential plotted development.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and expand a strong channel partner and broker network across tricity with a focus towards kharar and morinda; exclusively working on Chandigarh-Ludhiana road .
- Drive sales through channel partners, direct clients and corporate tie ups.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct project presentations and site visits to promote the property and attract potential buyers
- Coordinate with the team and make EDMs for daily outreach towards channel partners and potential clients.
- Analyse market trends, competitor projects and buyer behaviour to enhance sales strategy.
