Job Summary

New Kerala Restaurant is looking for responsible and active Pickup Staff to assist with food order collection, packing coordination, and timely handover of orders to customers and delivery partners.

Key Responsibilities

· Collect prepared food orders from the kitchen.

· Verify order details before handing them over.

· Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are ready on time.

· Pack and arrange takeaway orders properly, where required.

· Hand over orders to customers and delivery partners.

· Ensure accuracy in order collection and prevent order mix-ups.

· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pickup area.

· Assist with basic restaurant operations as required.

· Communicate professionally with customers and delivery partners.

Requirements

· Basic communication skills.





· Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.

· Valuable attention to detail.

· Responsible, punctual, and well-organised.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

· Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
