Hare Krishna Movement India, Vijayawada (HKMI, Vja) is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Executive to support the marketing activity in effectively promoting its message across all digital channels. On a daily basis, they will manage HKMI`s social media and create email blast campaigns to target key customers. They will also delegate responsibilities to copywriters, content creators, and other members of the marketing team, and stay up to date on the latest social media trends.

Objectives of this role

- Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for HKMI, Vja including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
- Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels
- Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience
- Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content

Responsibilities

- Create and manage content for HKMI’s social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication
- Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviours and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns




- Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets
- Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in HKMI’s marketing campaigns

Skills and qualifications

- Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends
- Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
- Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends
- Robust project management and managerial skills

Preferred qualifications

- In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
- Experience with WordPress page builders
- Experience in digital marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software
- Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
- Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
- Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data
