Urbanbrick Developers LLP is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team for our real estate plotting project.

Job Title: Sales Manager

Industry: Real Estate / Property Development

Experience: 5–10 Years

Preferred Experience: Real estate plotting projects, land sales, and residential plot sales

Job Location: Dhavale Village, Neral–Badlapur Road, Badlapur, Thane – 421503, Maharashtra

? Roles & Responsibilities

1) Attend customers at the site and provide detailed information about the product and services.

2) Achieve individual sales target.

3) Follow up and engage with the customer till the deal gets closed.

4) Build and promote long-lasting relationships with clients to expand the

referral network.

5) Handle customer queries and complaints within the required time.

6) Identify new emerging markets and keep updated with market trends.





7) Reporting on daily/weekly basis.

8) Candidates from Real Estate (Plots & Bungalows, Residential) industry will be preferred.

? Desired Candidate Profile

1) Should be able to join immediately

2) Good communication, confident and enthusiastic.

3) Good MS-Excel Skill, Strong Knowledge about Real Estate Market, sales record

with consistent delivery.

4) Ability to work independently.

5) Building and managing relationships with clients.

6) Understanding of the real estate market and competitive workplace.
