Key Responsibilities

- Order Management & Execution: Accurate and timely processing of incoming customer purchase orders, direct dealer requests, and project specifications.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Working seamlessly with the production plant, quality control, dispatch, and stores to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of doors and UPVC products.
- Payment & Collection Tracking: Collaborating closely with the accounts department to track pending invoices, manage outstanding payment collections, and process payment closures for distributors and dealers.
- Sales Administrative Support: Drafting formal price quotations, maintaining sales documentation, updating CRM records, and managing nationwide sales team schedules.
- Logistics Liaison: Coordinating with transporters, stockists, and factory warehouse personnel to monitor shipment schedules and inform clients of potential delivery delays.
- Reporting & Data Control: Storing and sorting financial or non-financial sales data to generate daily, weekly, or monthly performance and order status reports for senior management.
- Customer Support:



Managing inbound inquiries via phone or email, addressing client complaints, and providing prompt after-sales support.

? Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: MBA, BBA (Marketing), Bachelor’s in Commerce (B.Com), or a relevant field (a BSc in Polymer Engineering or material sciences is also valued due to the nature of UPVC/Plywood manufacturing).
- Experience: Generally requires 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales operations, or corporate administrative support. Experience in the building materials, doors, plywood, or UPVC industry is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically MS Excel for MIS reporting and tracking data), database management, and exposure to ERP/CRM platforms.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and local regional languages like Malayalam are critical depending on local market alignment), sharp problem-solving skills, and robust multitasking capabilities.
