Role/Designation: Telecaller

Department: Insurance Sales/Renewal

Job Location: Andheri (ORB), Thane Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time (Work from office)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Make calls for Health and Motor Insurance sales.

- Explain policies and recommend suitable plans.

- Follow up with leads and achieve sales targets.

- Maintain CRM records and assist with policy issuance.

Eligibility Criteria

- 12th Pass / Graduate.

- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Insurance knowledge is an added advantage.

- Willingness to complete IRDAI POSP certification.

Work Details

- Working Days : Monday to Saturday

- Working Hours : 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

- Salary : Upto 3.5 lpa
