Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented candidates for the role of Quality Control (QC) + Customer Service Executive for a Meta-related process. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer queries while ensuring quality standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of customer interactions and process-related activities.

• Handle customer queries professionally through the assigned communication channels.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.

• Identify quality gaps and provide feedback for process improvement.





• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and quality evaluations.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

• Meet daily productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

• Ability to work in a US shift.

• Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

• Prior experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Customer Service will be an advantage.

• Candidates must be comfortable working in a US shift.

• No cab facility is provided. Candidates must arrange their own transportation.
