Eligibility:
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
- Age: 22–32 years
- Freshers are welcome
- 6+ months of loan sales experience preferred
- Gold loan or field sales experience is an advantage
- Must speak the local language of the hiring location
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field visits and open-market activities.
- Acquire customers for gold loan products.
- Explain loan features and assist with application documentation.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
