A reputed hospital in Bengaluru is hiring experienced Female Staff Nurses for its Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) and Operation Theatre (OT) departments.

We are seeking dedicated, skilled, and compassionate nursing professionals with a minimum of 5 years of relevant hospital experience.

? OPEN POSITIONS1. Staff Nurse – MICU (Medical Intensive Care Unit)

Experience: Minimum 5 years in MICU / Critical Care / ICU

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Monitor vital signs, patient conditions, and life-support equipment.
- Assist in ventilator management and critical care procedures.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate patient records.
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies.
- Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain patient safety, infection control, and quality standards.

2. Staff Nurse – OT (Operation Theatre)

Experience: Minimum 5 years in Operation Theatre / Surgical Nursing

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures.
- Perform scrub nurse and circulating nurse responsibilities.
- Prepare surgical instruments, equipment, and operation theatres.
- Maintain strict sterilization and infection-control standards.
- Ensure patient safety during preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care.
- Coordinate with surgical teams for smooth OT operations.
- Maintain surgical documentation and instrument records.




- ? QUALIFICATIONS & ELIGIBILITYEducation: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant MICU or OT experience.
- Registration: Valid Nursing Council registration.
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient-care skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Candidates with multispecialty or tertiary-care hospital experience are preferred.
