The Role We are looking for a driven and imaginative Sales and Marketing Executive to get our brand out there and make people familiar with our services. Whether you are an experienced B2B professional or a creative fresher bursting with ideas, if you have a knack for building relationships and running campaigns that capture attention, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do:

- Drive On-the-Ground B2B Sales: This is an active, field-centric role. You will spend a significant portion of your time out in the market, visiting sites, and initiating B2B leads directly from apartment developers and real estate brokers.




- Build Face-to-Face Connections: Lead in-person outreach to build strong, mutually beneficial relationships across the local real estate ecosystem to expand our network and drive business.
- Execute Local Campaigns: Design and run energetic marketing initiatives that introduce ONE100 and clearly highlight the value of what we do.

Who You Are:

- Creative Freshers Welcome: We value fresh perspectives. If you are highly creative, eager to learn, and ready to hustle in the field, we encourage you to apply.
- Experienced B2B Marketers (2-3 years): Ideally, you have a proven background in on-the-ground B2B sales and marketing.
- A People Person: You are persuasive, professional, and genuinely enjoy traveling to connect with others face-to-face.

Compensation & Perks

- Experienced: Rs. 30,000 fixed per month + Incentives.
- Freshers: Rs. 20,000 fixed per month + Incentives.
