HIRING: CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVES – VOICE & CHAT PROCESS

Location: Noida, Sector 63

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Experience: Minimum 6 months in a calling or customer support process

Communication: Positive to excellent English communication skills

1. CHAT PROCESS

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 CTC

In-Hand Salary: Up to ₹26,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through chat and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and within the defined TAT.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective written communication.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.

Eligibility:

- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in chat, non-voice, or customer support.
- Strong written English communication and typing skills.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

2- VOICE / OUTBOUND CALLING PROCESS

Salary: ₹21,000–₹25,000 CTC per month





Roles & Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers and collect feedback about their showroom or service centre visits.
- Communicate with customers professionally and gather relevant information.
- Address basic customer queries and record feedback accurately.
- Maintain call records and complete follow-ups as required.
- Meet process targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Eligibility:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in inbound or outbound calling.
- Good English communication and telephone etiquette.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with customers.
- Graduate in any discipline.

PREFERRED CANDIDATES:

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.
- Candidates comfortable working from the office in Noida, Sector 63.
