Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell solar products and services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, explaining solar solutions, and achieving sales targets through field visits.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new leads through field visits and customer references.
- Meet potential customers and explain the benefits of solar products and solutions.
- Promote solar rooftop systems and other solar-related services.
- Visit residential, commercial, and industrial customers to generate business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and installation teams to ensure smooth service delivery.




- Maintain daily field visit reports and update customer information.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills

- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Ability to convince customers and close sales.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
- Previous experience in solar sales will be an added advantage.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 6 months of experience in field sales is preferred.
- Candidates with solar sales experience are preferred.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence.
- Own bike is mandatory.
- Must be willing to work in the field and achieve sales targets.
