Key Responsibilities

Identify potential customers and form new Joint Liability Groups (JLGs/Sangams).

Conduct field visits to identify eligible customers for group loan products.

Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, repayment terms, and bank policies to customers.

Coordinate with Unit Managers for group formation and strengthening existing groups.

Identify and enroll eligible recent members into existing Sangams.

Collect customer information and complete loan application forms.

Verify customer KYC documents and conduct household verification as per bank guidelines.

Ensure proper documentation and submit loan applications for further processing.

Conduct group meetings and provide information about loan repayment schedules.

Ensure timely collection of loan installments from customers.

Follow up with customers regarding overdue or pending installments

Important Instructions for Candidates

This is a field-based job, not a back-office or desk job.

Regular field visits and customer interaction are required.

Candidates should be comfortable with sales targets and loan collection activities.

Candidates should be willing to travel within the assigned area

Knowledge of local languages is an added advantage
