We are hiring 2 telecallers for our upcoming real estate project. You will call interested leads, explain the project, and fix site visits for our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Make 60-80 outbound calls daily to leads provided by the company
- Explain project details (location, configuration, pricing, offers) clearly and politely
- Understand customer requirements and qualify genuine buyers
- Schedule site visits and follow up before and after visits
- Update call status and lead details in the CRM or Excel sheet
- Hand over interested leads to the sales team
- Achieve weekly targets for calls and site visits
