- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, kitchen, utensils, and equipment.
- Ensure proper table setup and service readiness.
- Serve food and beverages professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
- Supervise stewards, allocate duties, and maintain discipline (Captain).
- Monitor stock, prevent breakage, and minimize wastage.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and company SOPs.
Qualifications: 10th/12th pass preferred, with relevant hospitality experience.
Required Skills: Teamwork, communication, guest handling, cleanliness, and time management.
