About the Role
D-Mentors Dance Company is looking for a confident, energetic, and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition, increase student enrollments, retain existing customers, and contribute to business growth.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls, digital channels, referrals, and other marketing activities.
- Convert enquiries into student enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Acquire current customers and explore opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Follow up consistently with leads and convert potential customers into paying students.
- Build strong customer relationships and improve customer retention.
- Re-engage inactive customers and identify opportunities for repeat enrollments.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and generate enquiries.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups, and customer information in the CRM.
- Track sales performance and work towards monthly revenue and enrollment targets.
- Represent D-Mentors professionally and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of lead generation, marketing, and customer acquisition.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently.
