Job Description:
- Handling walkin clients and appointment fixing
- Handling Account Payable, Accounts Receivables, Suppliers and Client Payments, Bank transaction, etc.
- Handle accounts of expenditure vouchers.
- Handle Bank reconciliation and supplier statement reconciliation every month.
- Handling petty cash.
- Getting expenses details from staff members and record the same.
- To pay telephone and EB bills
- Assisting SR. Executive in monthly finalization of GST and TDS
- Payroll processing and Eway bill DC generation
