Job Title: Telecaller / Tele-Sales Executive (Hindi) – Leadswala Kiwtech

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month + incentive on every sale

Timing: [10:00 AM – 7:00 PM], [Monday – Saturday]

Experience: Freshers can apply; 6 months+ telecalling or sales experience preferred

About us

Leadswala (by Kiwtech / Arshit Traders) helps businesses get customers through Facebook and Instagram ads. We run ads in the client’s own business name, and enquiries reach them directly on WhatsApp. Our clients are travel agents, property dealers, solar companies, pest control services, clinics, gyms and other local businesses.

Your role

- Call business owners whose details we provide. These are interested enquiries and businesses from Google, not cold data.
- Understand their business: what they sell and where their customers come from today.
- Explain our Starter Pack simply and convincingly, and handle questions and objections (“mehenga hai”, “pehle bhi ads chalaye the”, “soch ke batata hoon”).
- Share details on WhatsApp,



do follow-up calls and close the sale.
- Update every call result in our Caller app: Interested, Callback, Not interested, and so on.
- Achieve daily call targets, around [80–100 calls] a day.

Who should apply

- Fluent, confident Hindi; basic English is a plus.
- Polite but convincing, and not afraid of hearing “no”.
- Comfortable using an Android smartphone, WhatsApp and easy apps.
- Interest in sales and earning incentives.
- Experience in tele-sales, real estate, travel, insurance or digital marketing sales is a bonus.
