We are hiring energetic and confident Telecallers to join our Study Abroad Counselling Team.
The candidate will be responsible for contacting students interested in studying abroad, explaining our services, following up with enquiries, and scheduling counselling appointments.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to students interested in studying abroad.
- Explain study opportunities in the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Ireland and other countries.
- Follow up with interested students through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule appointments with our education counsellors.
- Maintain and update student enquiry details in CRM.
- Convert student enquiries into counselling appointments and registrations.
- Achieve daily calling and monthly conversion targets.
- Candidate RequirementsQualification: Intermediate / Any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Telugu and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident, positive attitude and valuable convincing skills.
- Previous telecalling, sales or education counselling experience is an advantage.
