We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Commerce Faculty member to teach undergraduate commerce subjects and support students in achieving academic excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Teach commerce subjects such as Accounting, Business Studies, Economics and Finance.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials and assessments.
- Explain concepts clearly using practical examples.
- Conduct tests, assignments and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Monitor student performance and syllabus completion.
- Support students in exam preparation and academic development.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com) or a relevant qualification.
- Solid subject knowledge and communication skills.
- Prior teaching experience in degree colleges preferred.
- Ability to engage students and simplify complex concepts.
