Job Description: Accounts, Finance & Tendering Executive
Company:Vistatru Infracon Pvt. Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all taxation matters, including GST, TDS, and timely tax filings in coordination with the CA.
- Manage banking operations, CC limits, loan documentation, bank statements, and financial correspondence.
- Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for accounting, audits, financial statements, and statutory compliance.
- Ensure timely completion of all company compliances, registrations, renewals, and regulatory documentation.
- Handle tendering activities, including tender search, document preparation, online submission, EMD, and bid tracking.
- Maintain financial records, payment documentation, and official communication with banks, government departments, and other authorities.
