- Handle electrical repairs, plumbing, leakage, and drainage issues.
- Perform basic AC maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Attend minor carpentry repairs, including doors, locks, and furniture.
- Resolve maintenance complaints within the assigned TAT.
- Update ticket status and support preventive maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of maintenance experience.
- ITI / Diploma or relevant technical experience preferred.
- Practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, AC, and basic carpentry.
- Ability to work in a campus/hostel workplace.
