Key Responsibilities

 Handle customer enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.

 Sell domestic and international holiday packages.

 Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel itineraries.

 Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective sales techniques.

 Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong relationships.

 Provide excellent customer support before, during, and after travel.

 Achieve individual sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills





 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Sales experience in the travel industry, holiday packages, or ticketing.

 Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.

 Excellent customer handling and follow-up skills.

 Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM, email, etc.).

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.

 Diploma or Degree in Travel & Tourism will be preferred.

 Freshers with relevant Travel & Tourism qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
